Doc fee is $199. I'm in Northern Virginia. I wasn't able to find anything about incentives. My goal with each car is to be about 2k under invoice which hasn't been a problem in the past....but my last car was an '07 odyssey at $2200 under invoice. Doesn't sound like it should be too tough. Will wait until next month to really start shopping.

It's been reported that dealers can hit a six figure bonus when a certain number of units are sold. If the dealer just hit the bonus, then they probably won't be discounting a car as much as the dealer that only needs a small number of units to be sold before achieving their goal.

Merged.
OK, I made a mistake. Do you really need to be rude and sarcastic? Kind of makes you look a bit small don't you think? You could have just moved the thread. I got the idea after I saw the sticky.

Same happened with me for I4 EX-L w/Nav. they got me $31,500 w/ some accessories. Study this forum. Since MikeySoft in this thread has got the best deal so far I believe, I'll stick to that price for my vehicle.

A friend on mine got '12 V6 coupe for $26700 OTD. which is really a good deal and he negotiated with dealer for 3.5 hrs.

Silver Sport

$25,500 Out the Door

Includes 499 Doc Fee, about 950 in taxes, 790 Dest Fee, 16.50 Title Fee.
Also includes from dealer: Pinstripe, Locking Wheels Nuts, Mudguards, and "Car Care" which a $699 wax job from what I understand.

No one is discounting them around Birmingham, AL. My sales guy said people are walking up and paying sticker and not even worrying about haggling. Which from my dealer is over 28,000 with all the add ons.

If you were in the industry, your opinion will be different. Also to let you know, my dealership has sold several 2013 accords, none no where near invoice. Thats a weak dealership to give in. Thats why those dealerships have high turnover rate and their salespeople dont make money. Also, less discount means higher trade value which is win for the consumer. But let me guess, you all ready knew this.

I think its a matter of time. The same car will be sold for below invoice after 2-3 months. I won't get it right now as I don't want it show off for a brand new car.

I could care less how much a salesman makes on a sale, it's the profession he/she chose. It's a war between Customer and Dealership or any business that you have to negotiate with to get the best Deal.

I don't need to be in the industry to have a different opinion, it's BS, It SUXs that you have to do homework to prepare for battle with commission hungry salespeople, unless you are weak or just don't care how far they smile, then you just look at the sticker and tell the Dealer "YES" I'm an awesome guy!!

What is an "In & Out"

Do you mean cash, no trade, no extras like extended warrantee?
