I understand about the sunroof because I had to have one on my EXL Coupe. The Sport is not very sporty in my opinion. The average age of the new car buyer is something like 55 years old. Honda came up with the Sport to attract younger buyers by giving them sporty stuff.
Dual exhaust gives so little extra power that it's meaningless. Bigger wheels and tires just cost more when the tread wears out and you have to replace them for very little increase in handling. The heated leather seats are nice but I could live with cloth like what is installed in my wife's 2015 CRV. The paddle shifter is not very useful. Once in awhile I use it to down shift in a corner. Get the EX and let the sun shine in.
