All Weather floor mats - Honda or WeatherTech?

We are taking delivery of a V6 Accord Sedan in White/Ivory. The Mrs likes all weather floor mats. The honda ones come only in black. The weathertech ones come in grey/tan/black. The carpeting in ivory interior seems to be brown, so I'm not sure the tan weathertech ones would be a good match or not. So I'm trying to decide between the black weathertech's or genuine honda.

With our last car, which was a 2012 Odyssey, the Honda mats were obtainable for $40 less than the weathertechs, so it was a no - brainer. This time, the prices are within $10 of each other. Would love to hear some opinions on which is better and why. Thanks

The carpet should be black not brown. I would get the Weathertech mats for the front and rear and call it a day. The Honda all weather mats aren't raised like the Weathertech, so any dirt will still get on the carpet.

Aries 3D are the best I have seen: Aries 3D floor mats

They are available in several colors from College Hills Honda and other places. I have had them for about 15 months now and there is no sign of wear. I also have a set of Weathertech mats in my truck and they are great but I think the Aries are better looking in a car.

I first bought Husky's mats for my Accord. The fit was perfect, but the mats have a smooth finish to them so they're squeaky and slippery when wet. Needless to say, I returned them and bought the WeatherTech floor liners. The WeatherTechs don't fit as tightly, but they're certainly much thicker and more durable than the Husky mats. The fitment hasn't led to any problems with dirt/debris getting under them either, so I can't complain.

I can't speak for the Aries 3Ds, but they don't look as grippy as the WeatherTech mats.

I love the Aries 3d mats. Extremely easy clean up and they look a little more like they belong in the car to me rather than the rugged look of the others.

I have A 2014 Coupe & Husky does not make mats for this car. So I went with Weathertech Digi Fit. On the expensive side but after looking at your "snow covered Accord avatar " you want to get the Weathertechs. They have raised ridges in strategic directions to hold all the salt / snow / slush / grime right on those mats.

There is a cutout for the gas fillup switch / trunk release that allows you to access the swithes. Husky has no cutout in their mats but if you're handy you could cut the rectangular hole yourself. Some people with these mats just leave them to keep that area covered but have to lift the mat to gain switch access.

I am very happy with the Weathertech Digi Fit mats. The Weathertechs were also in my Integra so for 16 years they kept the interior carpet looking really good.

Weathertech is where it's at. I used them on both my coupes and love them. Super easy to remove and clean with some water and put them back in. 👍🏼

I got a set of MaxPider 3d floor mats and love them. They come in either rubber or carpet, I choose the carpeted ones because I don't like the industrial look of the rubber ones. I think I paid 140.00 for the front and back package off eBay.
