Hello! I'm here. Sorry, been off the site for a while due to the demands of my job. Actually, the headliner in my car was done before the windows were out. Windows got pulled for paint only.
Thanks, OP, for doing a removal tutorial. I have meant to do this for everyone and just haven't had the time to jump back on here and type it up.
I removed both seats to get the headliner out. Mind you, mine is a coupe so it's a bit smaller than the sedan. You can also remove the center console to have more room.
Regarding the visors, they can be done without sewing or making a sleeve. Basically, you pry the teeth apart so it'll open the clam shell. Tuck your material and glue it down with upholstery glue. Then push the teeth back together with a small amount of CA glue (cyanoacrylate). Be careful not to get the CA glue too heavy as it will show through as you look head on.
This is the fourth headliner we have done in our personal cars and about the 15th including customers'. Each one is different and takes a little figuring out with the visors, but all have been do-able.
