need advice on new tires and selling used.

Hello folks. I have 2012 Honda Crosstour with Primewell Valera HT tires on it.
( Tires size 225/65R17 102H )

Yesterday I got flat on hwy and I guess by time I pulled over to emergency line my tire got totally wasted. It was late so after I put spare tire I went to local tire dealer I have installed new TOYO Open Country H/T.
So now I believe I have to match all 3 remaining tires to TOYO ones,
BUT: I can rarely find TOYO dealers
AND: what do I do with my Primewell tires, they are about 40% worn so I don't want to waste them, ideally I would love to sell them to same store where I would by TOYO.
Please folks, give me advice in this situation.

You don't have to match all 4 tires. You need to match the fronts and the rears, meaning the front left and right should match and the rear left and right should match.

I never heard of Primewell Valera HT tires but an option is to purchase one used tire off eBay, then they'll all match again. I usually purchase Michelin tires so finding that one used tire to replace my ruined one is usually pretty easy. See how much life is left on your tire on the same axle. The fronts usually have more wear than the rears. Check the listings, they usually list how many 32s in left on the tire or percentage. Most of the time tires are 10/32s new so 70% equals 7/32s life left.

Lastly, if you can't find (1) used tire to match you could just buy (2) new tires and put them in the rear, run your old ones in the front while still searching ebay for a used one. Good luck.

Exactly, You just need one more TOYO and you're all set regarding safety and stability. As long as each axle has both tires of the same treadwear and style, you are OK

Your best bet is to get rid of the toyo. You can find another primewell online. I have linked one below. Buy that one and sell the toyo. Toyos are exspensive and hard to find for cheap. That way you can get the rest of the life out of your old set and then when the time comes buy the set of your choice.
