Might be buying a 1995 Accord EX..

Recently moved out to the Bay Area of CA and found a beautiful Honda Accord EX in dark green.

No rust.. just over 100k on it. Clean. All new tires. Runs great.. and itís a very good price..

What should I be looking for the most? If I do purchase it, which iím certain I will, Iíll be sure to upload to the gallery on here.

Read tons of reviews of this car and all are fantastic. Couldnít find a single bad one.

The 5th generation of Accord is the one that's famous for being easy to steal, IIRC. If the car doesn't already have an alarm system, maybe think about investing in one if you don't trust leaving it outside. If you have a locked garage that's a good place to keep it. They are good little cars. I'm not sure if the automatic transmissions on the 5th gen are as fragile as the 6th gen but pay attention to how the car shifts. Even if it needs rebuilt it would probably be worth the labor IMO. I envy you for finding a nice one at a good price Please let us know how the sale goes and when you bring your new baby home.

Very good cars. The automatics in this generation don't have problems like the next generation Accord.

Did you buy it?

Look for rust, maintenance records. make sure the timing belt is 'current'. they are interference engines and a broken belt usually results in engine damage
