An auto trans replacement in a gen 7, figure the 8-10 hours labor, then depending on where the unit comes from $2800-$3500. And in the case of Honda units, you do get what you pay for.
The cost of the clutch, provided it didn't need a flywheel, could come a bit lower. The last time I looked $1800 before tax was a pretty close amount.
Here's list prices if you were paying a shop to do the clutch w/flywheel
CLU 320.58 (includes pressure plate and disc)

If the flywheel is good, no excessive cracks, hot spots, or play between the halves, take off that 635.00. That still leaves you at near 1500 before taxes, fluids as the trans needs draining before removal and anything else that might come up with an job like that on a higher mileage car.
