Rear License Plate Bulb - location of Fuse

I am looking for a diagram online that shows which fuse I need to replace when the rear license plate bulb is out. I was recently pulled over for a "dead light" but when Honda replace it for me, the new bulb didn't work. I understand that it could be more than just a fuse problem (maybe an electrical short) but I figure I would start troubleshooting with the fuse.

Fuse #27, driver side under dash fuse panel.

It also controls driver side corner lamp and taillight, so if those work, it's not the fuse.

try flipping the bulb around and plug it back in the socket and make sure u are wearing gloves when touching the bulb

or just use the bottom of your shirt. The reason being is that if you get finger oils/grease on the bulb it will cause it to get hotter than it otherwise would have and burn out faster. less important with the lower wattages, but definitely important for some headlight bulbs ect.

If you have a multimeter and some alligator clips, you should be able to measure the voltage coming in to the bulb holder assembly. There's a tab you have to press down and the connectors have some dielectric on it, but you if you have no voltage there, the problem is further upstream.
