I too am curious and wonder what the Honda Owner's Manual says about such a procedure?

That site needs a search feature! Accorder11, you should be okay on age and mileage. If you have a physical owners manual go to the scheduled maintenance section. I changed mine at 95k miles and 8 years.

The Maintenance Minder will let you know when it is time, I just changed mine on my 2008 with 88k Miles. I replaced every part that was removed plus a couple. The belt still looked new, the TB tensioner leaked a little, the pullies had play in them compared to the new ones. I paid my mechanic $400 in labor and I supplied all of the parts.
Here is my list,

Aisin Timing belt kit: timing belt, tensioner, tensioner pulley, idler pulley and water pump.

Thermostat, upper and lower radiator hoses, drive belt and drive belt tensioner with pulley.

I don’t remember the price on the parts but I purchased them all from Rockauto.

I downloaded the owners manual to my iPad and used the Apple search, it found “Timing Belt” about eight times.

You have like roughly 35k miles left on that timing belt to even consider a timing belt change. Even in Miami and Orlando weather, timing belt does last around 105k.

It is recommended every 105k miles or 7 years. The article below states miles only, and withhold any specific time-frame. Many members here also advocate miles before time.

Nice post! I have never seen Honda actually list mileage for the 2008+ under normal conditions...the owners manual just says to follow the MM...so thanks!

BTW, modern belts don't show wear like old belts did. They don't stretch or crack so you really have to change based on blind maintenance schedules vs. inspection.

I'm in a similar situation -- contemplating whether to change the Timing Belt, and its associated components on my '08 Accord with about 65K/mi. Prior to this car, I owned the '05 V-6 Accord, and the Honda's Manual recommended to change the TB at 105K/mi or 7 years, whichever comes first. However, it seems like when Honda introduced the Maintenance Minder, they removed the Timing Belt change schedule based on time -- my Accord turned 10 years (purchased in '07) and the MM has not indicated that the TB should be changed yet. I'm planning to change it anyway based on time just to be on a safe side. I usually don't follow the MM on fluids, for example, I change the engine oil every 6 months, or 3750 miles, whichever comes first.

Actually that link or article is incorrect. I wouldn't trust HowdyHonda to put air in my tires. It should read: For Hondas manufactured after 1997 and before 2006. As already noted people should really read the owners manual. Of course if the OP wants to use a service recommendation from 2005 (or 1997) for his 2011 Accord it's his choice. But 105/7 years ended with the 2005 Accord.
