Well deserved!

With this vehicle, Honda managed to completely change my mind about what new car to buy. Three weeks in, we couldnít be more pleased with it.

Finally, after all these years! Congratulations Honda on not only setting a new benchmark for the mid-sized family sedan category but also transcending it.

If I never noticed the redesign of the Accord I would be still driving my Chevy Colorado lol. As soon as it caught my eye on the road, I couldnít stop researching it until I traded Truck in for one lol

I to became obsessed. I had a 2015 Sport with 27k on it. Everyone always asked why I traded for a new one as it was a really bad financial decision. Quite simply I was obsessed and decided the only way it was going away was to do it, so I did.

I wouldn't typically trade in a three year old car either, but the '18 Accord is a huge improvement over prior models. I don't blame you.

I gave up purchasing a Civic Type R and instead chose the 2018 Accord because it's just that good, hey at least it has the Type R engine, for the most part anyway.

It was a combination of a disappointing test drive of the Civic Type R, great features and tech in the Accord, the Accord being $8k-$10k less depending on dealer markup of the Type R, higher quality materials in the Accord, and lastly, keeping my S2000 as well for the fun to drive, RWD, 6-spd, sports car. For me, the Type R just couldn't compete with the Accord as a daily driver along with having a second car to drive on sunny days.

Not to mention, the Civic forums are all about ripping apart the Type R and bolting on every over priced piece of aftermarket crap everyone can find to slap on their Civic. Just a bit too adolescent for my tastes. It's bad enough to see what some owners do an S2000, let alone the Civic.

It was a 2016 Odyssey Elite. So, we gave up the extra space but we honestly never used it for the space (we have 2 kids). This one makes the 9th Honda that we've purchased so we like to get into new ones... maybe a little too much lol! I loved that Odyssey but I love this Accord more.

My god! your Odyssey is barely 2 years old, and you already hate it?
