Has anyone installed one of these yet and if so would like some feedback on the looks. Thanks

This would be going on a gray sport just not sure it would be enough change to make it worth the money.

I know it's the normal chrome grille in this video, but you can get a couple different angles of how it looks different than the stock grille...I'm leaning towards having the black chrome installed on my 2.0 Sport when it arrives

The video is the black grille with the chrome accent — not the stock grille.

Stock grilles are bright chrome (LX, EX, Touring) and smoked chrome (Sport).

Optional grilles are piano/gloss black with either chrome or black accents.

How much and where do you purchase? I have the chrome grille but that black accent would give it some nice contrast

Order it from College Hills Honda for the best price (approx $215), and the dealer can install in for around $125. It isn't cheap but it is so worth it to give it that aggressive, sportier look. So many compliments on the looks. Just know the black accent shows spots more than the chrome but I haven't waxed mine yet so maybe that will help.

Yes, but when he said the black grille I assumed he meant with the black chrome accent...I could have been wrong...

I didn't mean "normal chrome" as in stock...I meant regular chrome, not black chrome...

I'm proud to have have excised a wicked-ugly Cylon chrome unibrow from my 2.0T Touring. See the entire thread here - or get closer to the pictures starting with post #21.

Thumbs up Worth It!

I probably over paid for the black chrome accessory grill at $550 installed, but it was still worth every penny. I think it is less necessary on the Sport model but would still look better then stock in my opinion. In my eyes the dark chrome looks better then the shinny chrome, but on the accessory grill it is metallic black except the small strip of dark chrome. I think it makes the car look awesome and aggressive from the front. I can try to take a better picture in the light tomorrow or Saturday if you are interested in seeing a close up of the black eye brow.

Looks great, if you don’t mind post some more pictures if you get a chance.

Close Up Pictures

I took some close up pictures in the sun today. The accessory part of the grill is metallic slightly. The stock area below seems to be piano black. I think it looks great! Hope these pictures are what you were looking for.

It looks great! I think it looks a lot better than all of the stock grills.
