Cherry Bomb mufflers on a v6?

I got my friend a cherry bomb turbo muffler for his 09 subaru impreza 2.5, Looking at videos of other subarus with that exhaust, it sounds really nice, sporty and not rice.
Does anyone have any feedback on swapping the two mufflers on the v6 accord with cherry bomb turbos?
I checked it yesterday and the sizes and holes are identical, it will be a very simple job, plus they sound real good and much cheaper then getting a whole catback.
Also my car is auto, so will it sound stupid, weird or poser when the car shifts? On manuals u are used to hearing that pause between gears, but these accords are pretty quick at changing gears.
Any feedback would be appriciated

Thats a 4 cyl, and by what it sounds ricey on my phone. Hmm i might just cut one muffler and clamp my friends on to see how it sounds, but im guessing it should sound much better since the v6 sounds great with any other exhaust setup

I don't think it will sound good at all, but the only way to know for sure is to try it. If you're only replacing your OEM mufflers with these, then I wouldn't really expect an extreme change in tone/loudness. The OEM precats, jpipe, 3rd cat, resonator, premuffler do a lot for the tone/loudness of the exhaust.

Remember, Subarus use horizontally opposed 4 cylinder engines, which have a very unique sound to begin with.

He is a member here, and if I recall, has a Terminal illness, which is why we probably haven't heard from him in a while.

Try to cut him some slack. If adding a Hood Scoop to your car made you happy as one of your last thrills in this life, then let him be.

Just my opinion.

I crawled under the car to inspect it, the pipe bends right where it enters the muffler, so I cannot re-attach the old one, so it has to be a swap or leave it stock.
Ill wait and see how my friends subaru sounds with the same exhaust, considering mine is little bigger engine, plus the exhaust is split, it might sound nice. Straight piped accords sound sick!
