Any success with Homelink and Sears Craftsman openers ?

Hi all.

I have a 2004 4 cyl EX-L Sedan. It did not have Homelink but I bought a Homelink equipped overhead console from eBay and slapped that in the car.

However, in spite of that, I have yet to have success pairing the car with my Canadian Sears Craftsman garage door opener, which I believe uses rolling codes.

I'm curious to know if anyone else has a similar setup and if you were successful in pairing the car with the opener...

Thanks

I had trouble pairing my genie garage door opener with the homelink console. I searched for directions online instead of using the manual and it worked. I don't remember the process or my search term. Is there an led on the door motor?

I have the same one. I really wish I remembered how I set it up. I just know that the Honda manual was not cooperative with the Genie Pro. If I remember I will try and find the instructions I used when I have time.
