I finally got a response. Jin Lee emailed me and said they will ship in around three days. Although the whole thing is a mess, it really does settle me just to hear from them. I'm looking forward to the interior kit. I like lots of light.

What I don't understand is the only payment option is paypal, not even a credit card option with paypal either.

Despite the issues I would have probably placed an order if it were not for the single payment option.

We are here... please send PM, we will take care for you, thanks!

I know many people in here got frustrated, but we are here, please PM or email to me, thank you very much.

Thank you very much...!

We had very bad problems with inventory managing for last couple of months, I cannot tell you here about the details but we almost got over the problem...

Please PM me and we will take care of you, thank you so much.

Thanks for responding to us here. I also received a PM response back and am looking forward to having a complete working set.

As mentioned by others the lights look fantastic and really make a difference. The only issue I had was with 1 vanity mirror bulb but everything else works better than expected.

Thought I would share my recent experience with ExLEDusa.

3-16-16 at 9:40am I placed an order
3-16-16 at 12:46pm received email that order had been processed
3-23-16 at 8:43pm I received email shipping confirmation along with tracking.

According to tracking
3-23-16 at 11:26pm arrived at USPS facility in City of Industry, Ca.
3-24-16 at 3:56pm departed USPS facility in City of Industry, Ca.

Expected delivery date: Tomorrow 3-26-16

I'm very impressed with how quickly they turned around my order which is the complete interior led kit. It looks like they have possibly worked thru whatever challenges they were having.

This is strange. My order was also for a complete interior light kit and my order still shows only "processed," which it has shown since February 29th. The only email I received was the one I finally got last Tuesday saying shipping would be in two to three days. But my order was well ahead of yours. But it's a hopeful sign that somebody has received their order.

My order was scheduled to be delivered via USPS on Saturday, but to no fault of ExLed everything arrived yesterday. Very happy with the product and service I received.

I work in marketing and I see 3 things going on that are huge issues:

1. Fulfilling new orders before old orders. This couldn't be a bigger NO-NO, and is a critical issue. Nothing pisses off customers more than to see that not only were they ignored, but then the new guy just came up and got his stuff no issues. . Orders are either fulfilled or they're not, and any reasonable fulfillment system should be able to report on unfulfilled orders, especially those with a paid invoice.

2. Running "customer service" that you simply cannot staff or keep up with. Companies all too frequently will expand or grow to meet demand, yet completely ignore the CS needs associated with such growth.

3. Failing to explicitly state on your site or via email that you are experiencing delays and issues. This information is of course of critical importance to both new and existing customers. Often, simply letting someone know on the front-end that things are moving slow will result in a much better response/attitude/feedback from those customers. Ignoring issues, on the other hand, is one of the biggest things I see us tell clients to stop doing. Even if the person is being unreasonable (and none of these folks in this thread are), a timely response is critical, because other folks notice it.

It's good to see that ExledUSA is trying to fix things, but it's a situation that was very avoidable in the first place, especially the part about not knowing which of your customers haven't received stuff when they paid money.

Sorry for all the inconvenience. We learned a lot from you. Yes, I totally agree that the customer service is really important, we had some really bad problem recently, we lost some important information and data on our database.
Please let me know if you have any questions, thank you so much!

Well I'm very happy that my order is being shipped today. I really hope ExLEDusa gets everything back in order. I apparently ordered at a very bad time for their business. I really do hope it goes out today. And I understand things can go wrong. I agree that if they'd just put something on their website that things were messed up it would have tamped down a lot of unfortunate feelings.
